Golden Age Account: Exclusively for Senior Citizens aged 60 yrs and above.
We are proud to offer Golden Age Account, an offer specifically designed to cater to the needs of our Senior Citizens Customers. The main features of the account are
- SB a/c to be opened with the existing minimum balance of just Rs. 250.00
- Fixed Deposit to carry additional interest of 0.25% over our normal interest rate, as per our existing policy.
- An exclusive Relationship Officer to be assigned to the Senior Citizen Customers
- Home delivery facility to be offered to deliver. updated passbook 8L ‘FD certificates.
- Offer home delivery of foreign exchange (Currency, Travelers’ cheque 8: Travel card) through our Forex Partners – M/s Cox 8: Kings Ltd, whenever Senior Citizens decide ot visit their near and dear ones abroad.
- Waiver of charges for Cheque Book issue maximum of 2 cheque books in a year Upto 2 DD’s/Pay Order/NEFT/RTGS per month from to be issued without charges.
- Separate Queue facility for Senior Citizens when they visit branches for service.
- Loan against their Fd’s at concessional rate of interest (@ 1% over FD interest)
Bank has the right to alter, add or amend any of the above terms and conditions by giving notice to that effect through circulars displayed in the branch notice board. The same will also be explained by staff to the Senior citizens whenever such changes are implemented.
Golden Age Account is a small effort on the part of our bank to make Senior Citizen feel special and thereby help them to establish and nurture a deep and mutually rewarding relationship with our bank.
